SHIPPING AND RETURNS
- Shipping rates vary based on weight and location. We reserve the right to change the shipping rates at any time. Please be aware that everything ships from Vancouver, Canada. Most orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. All items are shipped via Canada Post. Please allow 2-10 business days for shipping to Canada, 2-15 business days to the U.S.A. and 5-20 business days outside of North America. Also note that prints and apparel may be shipped separately and may arrive separately. Skytox is not liable for any customs, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may be incurred on an international order. International buyers are responsible for paying any additional fees. Skytox is unable to provide estimates for customs fees. Check with your local customs office for more information.
- The amount of tax charged depends on the destination of the shipment. All items shipped to destinations in Canada are subject to Canadian Goods and Services Tax ("GST") at 5%. In addition, the following Provincial Sales Tax ("PST") or Harmonized Sales Tax ("HST") might apply.
British Columbia (BC) – 5% GST and 7% PST
Alberta (AB) – 5% GST
Saskatchewan (SK) – 5% GST
Manitoba (MB) – 5% GST
Ontario (ON) – 13% HST
Quebec (QC) – 5% GST
New Brunswick (NB) – 13% HST
Nova Scotia (NS) – 15% HST

- Exchange only within 14 days from when shipment is received. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred for return, unless the product is damaged from shipping or unreasonably flawed. If the exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be offered. Items must be in their original form with any tags (not worn, altered, washed). We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item has any sign of wear, alteration, or misuse. To return any items, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the reason for return.
- Exchange only within 7 days from when shipment is received. Returns are accepted only if the print is damaged from shipping or unreasonably flawed. If a replacement print is unavailable, a refund will be offered. To receive a replacement print, the original print MUST be returned to Skytox. Any return shipping charges will be reimbursed by Skytox upon receipt of the original print. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item has any sign of wear, alteration, or misuse.
